  1. DOUBLE POST: Just got 8th!! Fuck that got hectic. I would've got higher but I fucked up dropping into a gap and blocked myself, I nearly recovered but alas it went tits up. Just over halfway to that Gameboy theme
  2. I played a few rounds of this earlier and nearly broke into the top 20. Still I'll take 21st. I was just about to drop a triple line when a ton of garbage hit my screen and fucked me There's a Tournament on this weekend and if you get 100 points during it there's a Gameboy theme in it for you. Starts tomorrow at 8am.
  3. This is the game completion thread, not started Shadow is so much better imo, it got a lot of bad press but I loved it. It was more exploring than combat which was great for me as that's what turned me off of Rise. I'm still playing it every month as I got the super edition with all the dlc tombs. Only 1 left to go
  4. I sent those thoughts and prayers on to Nintendo. It obviously worked as it's back down to 89p. Thanks Shufty.
  5. Seriously don't like this new forum software. Anyway I finished 3 things. They're in the spoiler box even though I didn't put them there. Click if you care.
  6. Spiderman DLC 1-PS4- That was fun. Great story and nicely sets up the rest. Batman:Arkham Asylum-Bone-This really holds up bar a few minor frustrations.
  7. Went to buy and it was £13.49. Send me £12.60.
  8. So I've played about 4 hours now. It's fun enough, but not without issues. The world building is good, but there's a big bad introduced in a cutscene who dies then in the next mission you're facing his sidekick who isn't even mentioned... The moment to moment gameplay is fun, more so because I'm playing co-op. It's basically the Resident Evil 5 of loot shooters.
  9. I signed up for EA Premier so I could play through this. I've fallen off Live service games in a big way so I'm not in it for the long haul. Most places are slating it but I enjoyed the beta and I've played through the first mission which was fun enough. Basically if I get a few weeks out of it that'll do me.
  10. 39th on my 2nd and last go...I didn't know about attacking etc until I heard it on Giant Bomb/Beastcast. Will definitely play some more soon.
  11. Come play it with me and Jimmy!
  12. So close to wins 3 times tonight, down to the last 2 squads and got outclassed every time. I got killed by guys with hundreds of kills each time. It's clear that some people have far too much time on their hands... Still enjoying the game immensely though.
  13. Detroit-Become Human-PS4- Usual Cage fair. You either like it or you don't.The whole slavery, inequality, holocaust stuff is a bit like a mallet to the face but I enjoyed the moment to moment character interactions engaging enough to look past it. Well worth the 10 hours or so to play through though. I like the flow charts at the end of the chapters showing what I missed, and I missed loads. Whether I'll go back to it is debatable, I had my story, and although it didn't pan out as I'd hoped right near the end I'm not sure I want to change it. Spyro the Dragon-PS4-Completed and Platinum! Great game, I didn't realise how close I was to beating it back in the PS1 days...That was the problem of pirated games. Too easy to get new stuff. Anyway,it's well worth picking up the trilogy if you like 3D platformers.
  14. I got my first win today. Me, Jimmy and a random. We got 3 kills each and we had control of every firefight. I'm loving the Spitfire as my main heavy. Having someone play as Lifeline is a must not only for healing but for her ultimate. Especially if you give all the accelerators to her you can probably get 3 care packages in a match and you always tend to get good loot from them. I'm trying to use Wraith now I've got a win with Lifeline. Her L1 ability is basically a get out of jail free card if the shit hits the fan. I need to get used to her ultimate though, I've seen other teams use it to completely outflank enemies. So yeah, fucking excellent and I think I'll drop some money on a season pass when they introduce it as I'd like to see this game stick around.
  15. I agree with all the above. It's fantastic and in the space of 3 days I've played it more than any other BR game.
  16. I'm playing through this on the PC and it really is great. Such a good soundtrack and you're right the balance is nigh on perfect. I'm not that far in, probably 5 levels maybe on the 6th but like Mcdonalds says I'm Loving it.

  18. It's on my looooong VR wish list. Currently waiting for that and Tetris Effect to drop in price.
  19. Shadow of the Tomb Raider-PS4-First completion of the year and it's a banger. Best of the trilogy IMO. It's so much better because it doesn't rely on the combat, unlike ROTR. There's so much to do, with side missions to find and complete, Crypts to solve, a lot more tombs to raid and treasure to find. I finished the game with 93% completion and I think I'll get that to 100% over the coming months as I bought the Croft edition which has a new tomb every month and there's 5 more to come so a good reason to go back to it.
