I hurt like a bugger after so should probably lower the weight for a few sessions.

Got my scales, down to 14st 5lb from 15st 2lb about 6 weeks ago so good to see my diet has had some effect.

14st 4lb which is good considering I spent a week watchung DVDs and eating shit with George. Tonight's session:

5km bike
4x 10 reps leg curl 15kg
7x 10 reps leg extension 20kg
5x 10 reps arm extension 20kg
5x 10 reps abs 20kg
5x 10 reps arm curl 20kg
4x 10 reps pecs 20kg

I have lost the stone I put on over the last year, but am very conscious of looking too skinny. I have a gym at my work, but after a workout, I have a 7 mile bike ride home, so am finding it hard to get in there.

I can't seem to keep mine under control.  I weighed in again at 18st 4 recently, after being down to 17 stone in January.  I lost 6 pounds in a week, then went to the lake district, which involved 8 mile walks etc etc, came back larger and 18st 4 again. Since coming back, ate pretty much just vegetables and a small amount of meat and I'm 18st 1.

 

Making it to the gym twice a week, walk at least two miles a day.  Don't drink that much, hardly eat anything sweet.  Fuck knows.  Have to sort this shit out.

I'm back up to 15st after a few weeks off work eating takeaways so bought a steamer, stocking up on pasta and fruit and hitting the gym hard, at least 3 times a week now I have nothing to do in the evenings and don't have to do 12 hour shifts.

I'm finding it tough at the moment. I broke my big toe quite badly six weeks or so ago, when my chin-up bar came away from the wall and I landed on it with full weight, so I couldn't run at all till this weekend, then I got a stinking cold that put paid to any resistance training for a few weeks, but I'm now feeling pretty fucking good again after a 5k run yesterday and a good session on the weights on Sat.

11 stone 2. I have lost as much as I want to. Now I am going for toning.
