Just found a "secret" link in Amazon that lists video game stuff with 75-99% off... list is rather random but keep going and you find some interesting stuff:

Guitar Hero Metallica is £30 instore at HMV. WITH GUITAR!!!
BARGAIN!! I'd be right on it if 1) I didn't already have the game and 2) I didn't already have 4 plastic guitars.

Not sure whether anyone has posted this elsewhere, but tucked away on the XboxLive dashboard is a 14 day advent calendar - one offer per day, with the final offer on New Years Eve...
With three days been and gone (each offer is only available for 24hrs), the only highlight so far has been '50% off Worms2' on Saturday. Friday's was a pair of Avatar glasses for free (woo!) & yesterday's was a free New Years theme which wasn't even the premium sort...
Still, it's probably worth keeping an eye on what each day contains... I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a cheap TrialsHD!

World Tour w/ Guitar is £50
World Tour (disc) is £10 and Legends of Rock is £8 too.
There have been some really good week-long cuts on other games stuff too and a lot of the post-xmas sale stuff is getting put out in stages beforehand, should be some bargains in there.

I was all primed to post that Amazon had The Beatles Rock Band value edition for 360 at a princely sum of £54.99, but apparently the price has gone up since yesterday and it's now ninety something quid.
I am annoyed BECAUSE I WANT ROCK BAND, DAMMIT but I'm not paying a hundred squids for it.

Let me know where you live, as there is a way of getting all the Rock Band tracks, Rock Band 2, the drums, microphone and Guitar for £63 on the 360 with a couple of M$ points too and a bit of help from one of us.... but it depends if you have access to a particular shop.
